Watch what could happen if you forget to water your Christmas tree

The last thing you want to do is ruin Christmas... and your entire house. You probably don't want that either.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission posted a video Dec. 5 of the difference between a dry and watered tree. The outcome of the dry tree is something out of the pits of hell.

It takes less than a minute for a dry tree to erupt in flames, so they suggest you water your tree like you're taking care of a plant.
